Abilities

  • Bombards enemy armies within 12.5 km every 15 minutes, even while moving.
  • Only Anti-Air and Frigates can return fire against it.
  • Hard-counters tanks, warships, destroyers and frigates; cannot counter other jets.

Counters

Hard-countered units take extra losses and cannot retaliate against the unit countering them. See Units#Counters for the full matrix.

Production

Trained at the Aircraft Factory. Build time, cost and upkeep depend on the tier (see Stats).

In combat Jet Fighter expends Air-to-Air Missiles. Ammunition is crafted in batches at ammunition buildings (Ammunition Factory, Ordnance Plant); keep the army supplied to stay effective in prolonged fighting.

Movement and transport

As an air unit it can fly over any terrain, land or sea, within its air range.

It can be embarked on an Aircraft Carrier, which projects the wing into naval battles.

Tips

  • Hard-counters tanks, warships, destroyers and frigates, but cannot counter other jets.
  • Only Anti-Air and Frigates can shoot back: scout for them before committing a wing.
  • Bombards even while moving, so a wing in transit still deals damage.
