Trade Hub has no level 1
Trade Hub
Trade hubs are the places where the market operates: trades are made by picking a hub, and each hub applies a trade tax within a band that depends on its level. Pirates prowl the sea lanes around trade hubs.
Kind: Country fortification · Role: Trade · Ammunition: none
Stats
Trade Hub is upgraded level by level (Level 1, Level 2, ...). Its stats and cost scale with level. The box at the top right shows Level 1; the table below compares every level and is read directly from the game database.

Construction
Country fortifications are built by the government: select a district on the map and use the country's fortifications panel. Build time, cost and upkeep depend on the level (see Stats). The research focus Fortification Speed shortens construction, and enemy spies can run a Sabotage fortification mission that halts construction in the district.
