Automatic Turret
Automated turret that provides local defensive fire.
Kind: Country fortification · Role: Bombardment · Ammunition: Turret Belts
Stats
Attack, defense, durability and cost scale with level.
Automatic Turret has no level data
Abilities
- Bombards the infantry of hostile land armies within range.
Construction
Country fortifications are built by the government: select a district on the map and use the country's fortifications panel. Build time, cost and upkeep depend on the level (see Stats). The research focus Fortification Speed shortens construction, and enemy spies can run a Sabotage fortification mission that halts construction in the district.
In action Automatic Turret expends Turret Belts, crafted as national production at the National Ordnance Plant. Keep it stocked; a fortification without ammunition cannot fire.
Tips
- Its fire only targets the infantry of hostile land armies; tanks need an Artillery Battery or mobile units to stop.
